Sky Go on Google Pixel Tablet

Is anyone else having issues with the Sky Go App on a Google pixel tablet? I have installed the app and when opening app my tablet screen constantly flickers with the sky go logo and doesn't load.

I have tried installing numerous times, have rebooted my tablet a number of times as well and it still doesn't work.

Is the software up to date on the device ?

Yes, all software is fully up to date.

I have the same issue. I logged the fault via Sky CS, they were very helpful but were unable to diagnose the problem. I had been expecting a call but eventually gave up hoping it would be sorted in a future SW update.

I've now tried it again some 4 months later and have the exact same issue: screen flickers and app doesn't load. Latest version used.

Can anyone help?

I found that the issue is that the app flickers when viewed in portrait mode. But if I turn my tablet to landscape mode the app works fine.

Hi. I had the same issue. If you turn the tablet to landscape it works fine.
