    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you do a complete removal as I'm not sure a usual removal will also clear these hidden files and folders:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Go&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And if it is present (it might not be) the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.&lt;BR /&gt;Empty your recycle bin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again via here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sky Go problem on my laptop.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just updated my Sky Go app on my laptop &amp;amp; when I open it, it just says "checking for updates" &amp;amp; then opens to the blue screen with the big white arrow on....that's it...nothing.&amp;nbsp; I can't get anything to happen after that - I try clicking on everything there is on-screen and nothing at all happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it a number of times, even restarting my computer...but nothing!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had Sky Go working on my computer before, so the laptop is OK to play it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please someone give me some advice on how to get this app working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
