    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been in hospital for 8 days and can't get Sky Go to play on my iPad or iPhone. I get this error code &amp;nbsp;( canny put code up as bot won't post it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;. It's &amp;nbsp;connected to the Wi-Fi &amp;amp; I can watch Disney+. Prime Video &amp;amp; Netflix through their app version but I could really do with some Sky Tv!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be something to do with the hospital's internet that is blocking the app so if that is the case other than using mobile data instead (if you have access to it on your device) then I'm not sure much more you can do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
