Sky go has stopped working on my Xbox I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but still no luck comes up with error message

There was a problem streaming this channel please select another channel

wifi has been reset too

Still not working and I have an Ethernet cable in now but if I move Xbox into house it will work with the same cable
