    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not able to access Sky Go. I've installed the app but get 2 error messages:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION We are having problems connecting the application. Please make sure taht you are connected to the internet and try again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION read ECONNRESET&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've uninstalled, deleted cookies + cache, restarted and reinstalled numerous times in the last few days and still get the same problem. I don't believe this is a firewall issue. I'm using a Windows 11. App works fine on iPhone and a Windows tablet I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please assist?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
