No channel or streaming services working

No streaming services or channels are working on my sky go membership . I can see the tv guide an apps but as soon as I select anything it errors out. Internet seems to be working for mobile browsing

Do you see an onscreen message and if so what does it say and what device is this on ?

Mines gone aswell , tv side working but apps not such as no youtube, which is very stressful with a disabled child who relys on youtube.

Internets dropped 3 times in 2 months -

was better with my old hardwired package the stream box seems **bleep**

No internet access in Nottingham. Apparently an outage in the area.
