Hello!

im having awful issues with sky go.
its started yesterday, if its connected to wifi its coming up with access denied -

You don't have permission to access

"http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.

on this server.

ive tried to reboot my wifi, I've deleted and reinstalled on all 4 devices and nothing has worked 😔

I've also checked and VPN isn't on.

Are you completely sure the VPN has been turned off as it is know to cause issues like this.

I also have been getting the same error on my home WiFi network, but not on a mobile hotspot. The devices used have previously worked on wifi for accessing SkyGo, but now unable to use the service through the desktop app on home WiFi/Wired connection.

So it'll work with my phone hotspot but no other device will work if it's running on wifi annoyingly! It stopped working yesterday 😔 I even get the same error when replying on this forum so have to disconnect wifi.
