Sky go not working on PS4

Just tried to play sky go on PS4 but says I need Sky go extra I have sky go and can watch sky on my iPad someone please explain how to resolve this as it's very confusing ?
I only have iPad as a device for sky go so im allowed another device which I thought would have allowed me to use PS4

You do need Sky Go Extra before being able to use the app on a console so are you a Sky Q customer and if so do you have multiscreen on your account ?

I'm sky q use but no multi screen as its very costly

You either need multi screen or to pay for Sky Go Extra to use Sky Go on a games console

Sky Go costs around £5 so you will need to call Sky to get it added.

I am having the same problem not accessing sky go on my ps4 or ps5. Both app and console are up to date. I have sky go extra (I checked my bill and it's definitely there) I was using it about a month ago no issues and haven't added or removed anything from my sky since beginning of the year. Sky Go works on both my phones and computer and laptop. Any help would be appreciated
