Last Monday he found that it was not working on his ipad. Not only that, it had also disappeared from his account. Phoned sky who agreed it had gone and put it back on, charging him £5 the month. It is still not working today over 72 hours later. Ihave tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still no joy.
