Sky go not working on Xbox

Sky go is does not work with Sky broadband on the Xbox one but it will work if I conntact to my phone and use mobile data.

I have tried both wireless and wried connection so it would appear someting in the sky router is blocking this? Its a new Sky hub.

Do I need to change any settings?

The error I am getting is e0728260 if this helps at all

This error has been reported on here numerous times by others and I believe it is under investigation by Sky.
