My Sky account say I have free sky go extra as a Sky VIP reward, however it only allows me to watch on 2 devices at the same time. Can anybody explain this? 🤔

Where are you seeing this as Sky Go Extra hasn't been available as a reward via Sky VIP for a while now.

What you can view depends on your package, with Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.

When I view my bill on My Sky app it says:

Sky Go Extra 0.00

Sky VIP Reward - Free Sky Go Extra -6.00

So you do have Sky Go Extra on your account so as I said above this allows you to view 2 concurrent streams. To be able to view 4 you need to add either multiscreen (Sky Q) or the Whole Home sub with Sky Glass/Stream.
