I have a Samsung Book2go windows 11, SkyGO does not work on it.

I bought a new Samsung Book2GO a couple of months ago and cannot get Sky Go to work on it.

The WIFI is SKY as is the mobile Internet

It is Windows 11. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but nothing is working. PLease can someone assist? seems odd to have bought a Sky device that doesn't work with sky products.

That would be Samsung hardware running a Microsoft operating system: it's not a 'Sky device' because Sky was the retailer.

At what stage is Go failing?

It installs but will not load. No error messages of anything. It simply does nothing when you double click to access
