Now the chat bubble has disappeared so I'm back to square one. Any suggestions? Just go through the hassle of calling Sky?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently signed up to Sky Stream including Sky Ultimate Tv with Netflix in Ireland. Activated and working fine on tv via the puck but when I attempt to watch or download items included in my subscription on Sky Go I get "Sorry, something went wrong. To watch this content, please upgrade your subscription. Head to the TV tab in the MySky app to review your account or visit sky.com/hub/tv". - Account/subscription details are correct on MySky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
