Hi, first time posting here as sky don't seem to understand my issue. Cancelled my contract, then started my subscription again within a few days and ever since that day I'm unable to log into sky go on my ps4. I can access sky go on all other devices. I've since found out I can only watch sky go on two devices, so I deleted all devices and that didn't help. Any suggestions? Also unsure if linked, but since I sighed back up I'm unable to access discovery + after multiple attempts here. Thanks

Consoles need extra subscriptions (different depending on the service you have) to access Sky Go

Sky Go on consoles requires the Whole Home pack. You will need to add this onto your Sky account.

That doesn't apply if you have Sky Q of which we do not yet know what TV service @jonesy16 has.
