Numerous sky channels not working on sky go error message "unable to play content please try again code 2001" have tried all the usual fixes uninstalling clear cache restarting device

Sometimes issues with the Cisco VideoGuard Monitor process can cause problems. Try closing this process and see if it resolves the issue. (Removed)

After speaking to various Sky team advisors & trying all the usual fixes to no avail today Sky Go is working. It wasn't yesterday so unable to say how resolved. Also wasn't working on my samsung tablet & that is also now working & I hadn't tried any fixes on that.
