      <title>Sky Go Macbook desktop - error 001</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have redownloaded, uninstalled and rebooted my mac several times. I have done everything to get rid of error 001 on the Sky Go App and this has not worked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have also done the below steps several times with no success&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Delete Sky Go app from applications folder AND trash.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Open Finder then Go from top menu bar&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Copy and paste one of these libraries and carefully seach for any Sky Go files or folders and delete them (then delete trash) :&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Preferences/&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Application Support&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Caches/&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Logs/&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/LaunchAgents&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Cookies&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;~/Library/Group Containers&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4. Then repeat with the next library and so on until all are searched.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5. Delete Trash.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;6. Reinstall Sky Go for Mac from sky.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;7. Launch app&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
