Change from Sky+ to Skyq

I have recently upgraded from sky+ to skyq. I used to be able to record remotely from my iPad and iPhone but it does work now. How do I change to sky+ app so I can record remotely

The Sky Go App is the current one.

When you upgraded were you sent a new viewing card that is now in your Sky Q box ?
