      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if this will work but have you checked here and if you see the device in question then delete it, reboot your device then try again to use it by watching something like a live TV channel:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
