Im away from home and cant remote record on my sky Q box

Is it possible to remote record on sky Q? I used my sky app and selected the darts on itv4 and it comes up record, but when I press record, it just comes up with " error"

Which app are you using?

Should be 'Sky Go'.

Now opened my Sky Go App.

It's said it has sent a record request to my sky box.
