How do I get around an error code PPE3. I'm at home in UK so I should be able to watch this one.

Doesn't sound like a Sky+ error, where you've posted. Where are you seeing this?

I get this error when I try to watch a programe I've already downloaded.

And this is on a Sky+ box? Is there any text which goes with the error?

No This is when I try to watch something on my Laptop that I have downloaded

Does this happen on all your downloads or just this one, if this one you could try deleting it then downloading it again or streaming it instead of downloading.
