Sky Sports not available on Sky Go

I have upgraded my Sky Stream account to include Sky Sports but the channels are never available on Sky Go and Iam told that i need to upgrade to watch those channels. Could someone please advise what I need to do to be able to view Sky Sports on Sky Go.

Did you upgrade to the Sky Sports package today as sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the channels to start working, if it has been more than this you will need to give Sky a call for help.

@caesarome thanks for your response. I upgraded on 24 December so should not still be having this issue. Hoping not to have to call Sky as I've better things to do with my time, bit may be the only solution!
