      <title>Sky Go app says I need to upgrade subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using Sky Go to watch TV on my Andriod phone for the last couple of years without issue.&amp;nbsp; Whilst away just before Christmas I satrted getting a message saying "To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription."&amp;nbsp; This is on every channel I try.&amp;nbsp; I subscribe to Cinema and Sport and can watch these without issue at home, just can't watch anything on Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.&lt;BR /&gt;This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
