Sky Go issue on PS5 and Xbox

Hi folks, recently Sky News has failed to work on my Sky Go app on my PS5 and my Xbox.

It reads "There was a problem streaming this channel. Please select another Channel.

I have Sky Go on my phone and it works fine. I have reset my Internet, deleted and reinstal the App. Nothing has worked. Thanks for your help.

Are the other channels working on your console or is it just Sky News that you are having this issue with ?

Have you tried deleting the app then installing it again ?
