Sky Go not working on Wifi

When I'm on my Vodaphone home Wi-Fi my sky go doesn't work on any device. Drop to 5G also supplied by vodaphone, works as normal. Error message- "Sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem streaming this show. Please check your network connection and try again. Error code: 17d"

Are these Apple devices by any chance ?

If you are using a VPN it will need disabling, other than that try signing out of the app, rebooting the iPad and Mac then sign back in to see if they will work,

Having the same problem. Works on mobile network but not on WiFi. Only started happening recently. Works on other devices over WiFi but not iPhone. Re-installed app but still the same.

Did you try disabling the Wifi connection @Forch then deleting the app, rebooting your iPhone, turning the Wifi back on before installing the app again ?

Yes I tried that. Also tried on 2 different WiFi networks and doesn't work on both

I am getting this message on iPad and iPhone when watching on Sky go

I have gone through all the procedures as advised by sky and none have worked.

I have the same issue....very poor from sky! Nothing I do can resolve it?!

I have had the issue resolved. I spoke to Vodaphone, my router was re-set. I turned the rouer off and on again. Now all divices will play Sky apps. All fixed

I deleted the app and reinstalled and it ended up working in the end.

Am having the same issue on all devices. No shows or channels will play or download over wifi, but will on 5G. Same issue on numerous wifi networks. ANyone got any ideas? I've tried all the usual, delete app, sign out, rebbot stuff. Still won't work.

Did you ever find the issue and how to fix it? As I'm struggling with the same thing. Won't play anything on WiFi
