Why is the quality on sky go so bad? In my tablet I can watch Netflix and Amazon in 1080p HD and the picture looks amazing. But sky go is so poor

Probably because Go is not a standalone subscription product, and so Sky does not prioritise it in the way Amazon and Netflix have to do.

It is truly dreadful and always has been, in fact if anything its got worse, just no excuse!

Christ the old BT sport over the internet was miles better!

Whereas Netflix and Amazon stream FHD, Sky go only manages a blurry image which looks more like 720p at beast and even that plays like its stuttering, staggering and struggling all the time.

It's certainly not my home network or router , as its all wired 1Gb / 2.5Gb / 10Gb and I've a 1Gb /1Gb fibre connection.
