    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok was reading a post about using a different WiFi Network so thought I would try using my Mobile Phone as a wifi hotspot rather than my 4G Router..and guess what IT WORKED...&amp;nbsp; I then switched WiFi Networks back to the 4G Router and it still works (and tried opening the app connected to the 4G Network so I'm guessing that a fix has been implemented yeah!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New install of sky go 23.5.1.0&amp;nbsp; on windows 11 laptop (has worked previously)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;App installs opens blue screen with downloading updates then changes to blue screen with white arrow and stays like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i close and restart app get checking for updates then blue screen with white arrow and stays like that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have done the usual remove all files, reboot,&amp;nbsp; reinstall and all anti virus turned off&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same issue, I am using my new Windows 11 surface. I have installed the app, it loads the checking for updates screen, then goes Blue and then crashes. I have added the firewall rule and tried the run in Windows 8 options, neither have helped. It used to work fine on my older Surface running Windows 11.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys I got Sky Go to work finally after uninstalling Citrix Workpsace which was recommended on this forum as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the sky go app and allowing through firewall - amazing the effort and time you have to spend on something you hat should work seamlessly.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Citrix and Sky go are working together (at least for me) if you do the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstall Citrix and reinstalled it without the "HUB" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Command line:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"CitrixWorkspaceFullInstaller2508.exe" ADDLOCAL=ReceiverInside,ICA_Client,AM,SELFSERVICE,DesktopViewer,Flash,Vd3d,WebHelper,BrowserEngine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
