Sky GO App not working on Sonona

Have tried installing SKY GO on my iMAC running Sonona software. Get error code 001.

HAve delting app and rebooting but app still fails with 001 error code.

Any ideas?

Try letting Sky Go through any firewall you use.

I have repeatedly tried to install sky go app (version 23.5.1) on my iMac running. Sonona. It repeatedly fails with error code 001. I have tried clearing all history - makes no difference. I have tried disabling firewall- makes no difference.

Skygo installer does not ask any permissions. It was downloaded from Sky.com UK site.

I am at a loss as to what to do next!
