I downloaded SkyGo app via the internet o n the same PC, i am also posting this message via the PC.&amp;nbsp; So i know the interent is working and im connected to it.&amp;nbsp; Since installing SkyGo, I open the app and this is the only screen I have.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-10-14 144647.png" style="width: 328px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/94285i90D344BF6E244C9F/image-dimensions/328x340?v=v2" width="328" height="340" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-10-14 144647.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-10-14 144647.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;It says &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;"&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION - &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We are having problems connecting the application. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and try again.&lt;/EM&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;I have tried:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Restarting the PC, more than one.&amp;nbsp; With the internet connected and dissconnect, the reconnecting once rebooted.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Uninstalling the app and deleting residue folders, if any.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Restarting my rooter.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;I have tried SkyGo on Ipad and it works.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Tried sky customer support who went through all this, said backroom staff would contact me with 48hours that was last week.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#000000"&gt;Any and all help would be welcome.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
