PlayStation won't connect

Since changing to sky glass from Q.

Despite having whole package with multiple devices. The PlayStation will not connect. All other devices mobile, laptop etc.. all work fine. But the PlayStation now won't connect. Anyone help?

Does your Glass sub have the correct addons for Sky Go on console? I think its called "Whole Home" or something like that

It comes up saying can't connect to this device . You need whole home! But we have whole home & multiple devices. Sky just keeps saying it should work. There's no reasin why it shouldn't! But won't help any further.
