I'm trying to login on my Xbox one with sky go. An error message is coming up "You can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need a sky q multi screen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra so access sky go on this device

Its working on my sons Xbox just not mine? I've got sky go and sky q multi screen. Can anyone help
