&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

I have tried all troubleshooting for this (restart, uninstall, allow through firewall).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other users with an engineer seem to have an engineer contact them- please could I have the same?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is fixed- the issue was my postcode was not linked to my account. To fix go to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
