    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried to load Sky Go on my Windows 10 pc with no success. Sky Go appears &amp;amp; then checks for updates until it crashes. I allowed the app through my Windows firewall , as could not find the app in the windows store. I have countless times reloaded it &amp;amp; restarted my pc to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try a complete removal of the app and the hidden files and folders it uses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Go&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.&lt;BR /&gt;Empty your recycle bin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the advice. I did clean the hidden files relating to sky go etc, but will check again tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;THIS WILL FIX 99% OF THE PEOPLE HAVING THIS PROBLEM ON WINDOWS 10/11 ON A LAPTOP&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Completely shut don and restart the laptop&lt;BR /&gt;2. Right click on the Sky Go icon&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to the bottom of the drpodown menuu to '&lt;EM&gt;properties&lt;/EM&gt;' and click on it.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Look along the tabs that appear for '&lt;EM&gt;Compatibility&lt;/EM&gt;' and click on it.&lt;BR /&gt;5. UNCHECK the little box that says&lt;EM&gt; Run this program in compatibility mode &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;for&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;BR /&gt;6. Click on '&lt;EM&gt;Apply&lt;/EM&gt;' in the bottom corner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
