My Sky Go app on my Android (v11) tablet is not allowing me to watch any of the Sky Sports channels, I get an error 'there has been a problem connecting to the SKy Go network. Error Code: 0-01'

I can watch other channels (e.g. Eurosport) without any problem. I can also watch Skysports channels on the Sky Go app on my mobile phone and desktop PC so the problem seems to be confined to the Android tablet

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
