Error code DO-0 when trying to download to Mac

Error only encoutered from today. Have cleared cache in librarys and browers have uninstalled, reodwnloaded from sky.com and reinstalled sky go on Mac. Still seeing same error. Occuring both on terrestrial and sky channels.

Any other suggestions for rectifying.

Have you tried just signing back out then in again, you should be able to do this via the settings option.

You have to sign back in when you reinstall, so has been done

Did this get resolved? I am having the same issue, tried every fix going but no result
