&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problem viewing DAZN recordings on Sky Go</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to watch any programme that I have recorded on DAZN1&lt;SPAN&gt;HD&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;via the Sky Go app I keep getting an error message that says: "Sorry, something went wrong. Your device is being registered. Please wait a few minutes before trying again. If your problem continues, you may need to turn your Q box off and on again at the mains, or contact Sky Customer Services."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the troubleshooting advised on the Sky help pages (turn on / off and remove viewing card) but still got the same issue. I can watch the recordings on my tv via Sky Q box. I use Sky Go apps on both Apple and Android. Please help! Thank you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The answer is.......you can only watch the recordings on your main Q box and not on mini boxes or Sky Go 🥺&lt;/P&gt;</description>
