For the past couple of weeks, my Sky Go app has started playing in slow motion with no sound but it's not buffering. It happens for both live TV and programmes but the adverts play as normal.

I've restarted my laptop (Windows 10), reinstalled the Sky Go app and also reinstalled my graphics cards but none of this has helped

Anyone have any suggestions?
