    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using the destop player for a quite a while but today I tried playing the F1. The desktop player is playing on fast forward, runs out of data, loads to cacth up, then does the same thing. This is also happening on the Sky Go desktop App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Edge but havent had this problem before. It only came up today. It works on my phone on the same WIFI network which makes me feel its a PC issue which isn't anything to do with the Firewall, etc as I haven't changed anything. I've tried signing out, reinstalling and restrating but nothing has changed. Any help will be much appreicated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try this to completely remove the app:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Uninstall the Sky Sports Player app&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Type 'run' in the search bar and open the 'Run' app&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Type in '%AppData%' and click 'OK'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Delete the 'Sky Sports' folders&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Click back on 'AppData' and go into the 'LocalLow' folder&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Click on the 'Cisco' folder, then the 'VideoGuard' folder&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Delete the 'SKY_GB-SKY_SKYSPORTS' folder&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Restart you computer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Download the Sky Sports Player app again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
