Periodically goes black and stops receiving, Clicking on X and selecting same stream fixes

Playing a channel on my PC (Windows 11 Pro, plenty of memory, 500Mb download, nothing else running except for WhatsApp and Skype - neither being used at the time)

Playing through the default speakers.

Two issues:

1. Sometimes, the speakers stop, so change the speaker from the default to another device, then back again, and the sound resumes as before

2. More annoying issue is that the session sometimes goes black and stops send picture and sound. Have to click on the X to cancel the session, then click on the play icon on the PiP on the TV Guide. All ok again until the next time.

Any of you lovely people have any ideas?
