Can’t watch TNT sports recorded program on phone or tablet

I have a full subscription to SKY Q including SKY Sports and pay for TNT through my BT internet subscription. All works well on my TV. On SKY GO, however, although all the SKY channels are available.

If I record a TNT sports program onto my Sky Q box, if I try to watch it back on my phone or tablet via the SKY GO app I get a message saying "Sorry, something went wrong, your device is being registered, please wait a few minutes before trying again. If your problem continues you may need to turn your Sky Box off and on again"

This has been happening for over a year and I've tried rebooting the Sky Q Box

Any advice much appreciated

Have you tried deleting the registeration for the device here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/manage-devices

Then reboot the device that has Sky Go on then give it another try.

I've just tried it but it's doing the same thing. I did ring Sky and they said you can only watch the recording back if you've recorded it onto the tablet or phone and not on the Sky box but that doesn't make any sense to me.

Do you have a multiscreen subscription as this is required to watch recordings from your Q box back via the Sky Go app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I pay Bt for my TNT but watch it via Sky Qand Discovery Plus app. I recorded it on my Sky Q box and can see it via Skygo but can't watch it?

If you do want to watch the channels via Sky Go then it might be worth doing this.
