    <description>&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to download a couple of films to my laptop but I keep getting the error code 1526.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The films that are showing errors are Black Adam and Batman The Dark Knight Rises, when I've tried other DC films I also get the same error code. Other films have downloaded fine so it seems like a specific film issue rather than an app issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
