Sports Extra code 1410 on Sky Go

Hi,

Sky Stream customer with Sports and Sports Extra. Getting Code 1410 on Sky go (Windows PC) when trying to watch any Sports Extra channel. Working fine on all pucks.

Have tried all help from the Sky Assistance. Now missing live rugby and annoyed.

Any advice?

Are you a new customer to Sky as usually a 1410 code means you are logging into the app with the wrong ID.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I've having the same problem, definitely using the correct login details as well but can't watch TNT sports on Sky Go despite having the relevant subscription.

Who are you paying for access to the TNT channels, Bt/EE or Sky ?
