    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've paid for and downloaded films onto my iPad but I keep getting the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alert&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days. Please open your Sky store app with an internet connection for a moment so we can renew your session. You'll then be able to watch your downloads offline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My iPad is connected to my home internet. I've updated the app and logged out and back in again. I haven't deleted the app as it says it'll lose all data and I'm worried I won't get my downloads back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sam&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried disabling the Wifi connection&amp;nbsp; (if that is what you are connected to) then rebooting your iPad, enabling the wifi again and when it is cobbected back up try again with the app ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
