Hi, I keep putting my postcode into my sky account but it won't let me press continue on it, can someone please help🥴

Not aware where you are trying to enter your Postcode.

If you have moved you need to contact Sky directly.

On MySky app it wont let me continue after putting my postcode in?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

This does happen sometimes so look out for it tomorrow before midday.

You will need to call Sky instead I'm afraid.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
