      <title>Issues logging into Skygo after update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot log in to Skygo after console update. The sign in details and password are correct, however it then comes up with a message to accept terms and conditions for Skygo by going to sky.com, which when I go online onto my account there is no option to accept the terms and conditions. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your issue is about accepting the terms and conditions then another member yesterday had the very same issue so I suggested installing the Sky Go app on another device and they could then do this there which then allowed them to use the app on their console.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
