Hi does anybody know if you are supposed to get sky go extra for free if you have sky vip diamond i have been told it costs £5 by sky customer service if this is not showing up as an option in vip rewards on myskyapp thank you. Sky go as been working on ps4 untill 2 days ago so i assumed i already had it.

If you already have it via VIP then you should still have this on your account even tjough it is no longer available via Sky VIP.

Are you running the latest version of the app on your console as the TV from Sky app has been replaced with the Sky Go app.

Thanks for replying sky go on ps4 worked untill the latest update to the app i knew i needed sky go extra for it to work on ps4 apparently i didn't have it but it worked anyway what i am unsure on is do you get sky go extra for free if i am a sky vip diamond customer.
