Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is needed before you are able to download to the device.

It gives option to download to box only. I have removed any old devices in settings, so only 3 linked to Sky Go app.

Is it just that you are having issues with or other content, if just that then it might not be possible to download it to the app as not all content will be due to rights reasons.
