      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the error code PFE 9200 when trying to access the Sky Go app on my Macbook. I cannot find anything about it. The app is incredibly poor considering how expensive &amp;nbsp;Sky products are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you tell me what to do to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nobody will email you due to you posting here. As you have discovered Sky Go will not work with a VPN although have you made sure it is turned off, started Sky Go then turned the VPN on, if you have and the same happens then it will have to be switched off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems silly to have an app that won't work with a secure vpn on. With ID theft and fraud why would Sky not make sure its services are safe and secure for its customers? Not to mention the slow response which resulted in me finding out the issue myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The reason why posts were esclated is so Sky could look at peopel's accounts to see if something was causing this error. Anjyway escalations are not available now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this 9200 error are you using a VPN because if so it will need disabling before starting to use Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
