Sky Go not working on my Mac,

I have a 2018 macbook pro updated with Ventura 13.3.1 (a) in the past Sky go was fine but now will not play, I have uninstalled sky go and reinstalled but I just keep getting the same blue box & white arrow to play but when I click on the arrow nothing happens have been going round in circles all morning appreciate any advice please.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue. Also running Ventura 13.3.1 but with a 2017 Intel i5 macbook pro.

Problem started for me this week.

Unfortunately no, I think I am going to give up and try a local computer shop to see if they can help.
