Live sky programes to not work on my laptop.

There are no screen grabbing progames open

So you have nothing running that can capture pictures, sound or videos. The Windows Snipping tool can cause issues like this.

Nope, absolutely nothing in the background running.

I've been through task manager just to make sure.

I've removed sky go, re installed it.

I've checked I don't have the "cisco" thing that people are going on about.

I've turned off my virus protection

lost for ideas

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
