    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen a huge number of posts here about Sky Go not working on Windows 11, and I am having the same issue. It has previously worked, but since the latest update, it no longer works, and instead gets stuck on a blue screen with the white triangle after looking for updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried compatibility mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ensure the app is allowed through the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have pretty much run out of ideas, and I cannot get through to a human to discuss how this can be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It feels such a shame to be unable to use what is an important part of my subscription,&amp;nbsp; and am running out of patience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other help or a human being from sky to contact me and sort this would be greatly appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
